企业文化是当今企业界最热门的话题之一。企业文化指的是公司内部的行为方式。这是我们作为一个公司如何尽其所能在工作中促进创造力、想象力和正能量。它包含的价值观和行为有助于组织形成独特的集体和心理环境。它代表了公司团队成员的集体价值观、信念和原则,是历史、产品、市场、技术、战略、员工类型、管理风格、民族文化、组织愿景、价值观、规范、制度、符号、语言、假想、环境、地方信仰和习惯等因素的产物。
当我们谈论企业文化时,实际上是在谈论你的公司营造信任还是恐惧的能力。我们谈论的是你管理办公室或工厂员工的能量的能力,就像你管理运营、财务或市场推广的事项一样。

In today’s business around the world, the term corporate culture is one of the hottest topics. Culture in an organization refers on the way a company behaves inside. It is how we as a company try to do the best we can do to promote creativity, imagination and positive energy at work. It encompasses values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization. It represents the collective values, beliefs and principles of the team members of the company and it is a product of factors such as history, products, markets, technology, strategy, type of employees, management style, national culture, the organization’s vision, values, norms, systems, symbols, language, assumptions, environment, location beliefs and habits.
When we talk about corporate culture, we are really talking about your company’s ability or lack of ability to acknowledge trust and fear. We are talking about your ability to manage the human energy in your office or factory as capably as you manage operational, financial or marketing issues.
The culture decides the way employees interact at the workplace. A good culture encourages the employees to stay motivated and loyal towards the management. It also promotes healthy competition at the workplace where employees that perform better than their fellow workers earn recognition and appreciation and motivates the employees to perform.
The culture of a company represents certain predefined rules and policies which guide the employees and give them a sense of direction at the workplace. Every person is clear about his role and responsibility in the organization and know how to accomplish the tasks and goals that he or she is assigned on time. It brings all employees on a common platform where all are treated equally and no one should feel neglected or left out at the workplace.
The work culture unites the employees from different backgrounds, from different countries, provinces and cities that have different attitudes and mentalities. The corporate culture gives the employees a sense of unity at the workplace, and promotes good communication and relationships and gives them the foundation for creating and innovating new things.
It is the company’s culture the one that extracts the best out of each member. No one has to force anyone to work. It develops the habit to turn work on time and being prepared to take risks and to “Think out of the Box” in developing solutions and services to problems and challenges by training, encouraging, motivating and empowering your employees to use their abilities to do so. It makes individuals successful, passionate about your organization and about inspiring others and make them better professionals.
And while no two organizations have the same culture, it is the culture of an organization which makes it distinct from others. The work culture creates the soul and the brand image of a company. It gives an identity to the organization. In other words, an organization is known by its culture. Your culture inside becomes your brand image.
It is not about which company is bigger, better, brighter, faster or more powerful. It is about which company is empowered to leverage the power of culture, because your customers will never love your brand until your employees love it first and then this eventually will optimize an organization profitability.
I have to admit that creating the most positive culture at the workplace is a continuous and never ending work, but I am positively sure that we as a company while we may not be perfect we are certainly moving in the right direction.
